Together we'll create a plan to achieve your goals addressing your life-style as a whole.
Here's what's included:
Initial assessment call (this is where the action begins!)-in addition to your weekly calls
Weekly 30-minute sessions where we discuss action plans, progress and adjust as needed (via Zoom)
These are "living" sessions, meaning, we may utilize a session for a guided meditation, maybe a fitness demo, or even some Yoga. We decide this together!
All session are recorded (via Zoom) so you'll have them to refer back to and keep!

Movement Medicine Single session
My Movement Medicine session is perfect for those wanting to start a yoga or fitness practice but are recovering from injury or have a chronic limitation. In this session, we'll discuss your limitation, I'll create a personalized movement plan to assist in healing of injury or modification for your activity. The "homework" exercises provided are a blend of functional movement, yoga postures, and fitness. I often recommend macro and micronutrients based on limitation as well. This aspect of my practice has always been something I'm super passionate about!
In this session we'll go over my recommendations and practice them together! You'll also receive a handout with pictures and detailed instructions in pdf format or a downloadable video.

Private yoga class
Whether you want a yoga class just to yourself or with a group of friends, this is a great option! This online yoga class is done via Zoom meeting so you and your friends can see each other during class and stay and chat a while in the Zoom Boom Room! :)

Single coaching session
Book a one-time session with me. This option is great follow-up for those who have seen me before or for someone who is highly motivated and just needs some guidance and recommendations and can take it from there.
