Deepen your practice on and off the mat with my Living Yoga Series. During these sessions, you'll connect with the essence of who you are, learn how to honor your body temple from the inside out, and begin a journey to health and happiness.
Here's what's included:
*Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome packet and waiver to sign.
1) Three 45 minute sessions (via Zoom/Skype)*these sessions can be a combination of coaching and private Yoga
2) My Soultrition Guidebook that includes a 7-Day Plant-BasedMeal Plan
3) Nutrition recommendations and guidance
4) Fitness recommendations
5) Stress-management techniques
6) Client handouts based on your needs and goals (topics ranging from nutrition, fitness, stress-management techniques, common disease, etc)
7) Unlimited support via text/email in between sessions
*Sessions must be completed within 6 weeks (this ensures consistency, commitment, and momentum of change).
