During these sessions, we create a roadmap for success based on your goals and needs. In order to achieve true holistic health, we address all areas of your life (stress, relationships, spiritual, and health). So, although you may want to lose weight, when working with me, you'll also learn how to better manage stress, find 'you time', and much more.
Here's what's included:
*Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome packet and waiver to sign.
1) Three sessions (via Zoom) or in-person-sessions run 30-45 minutes
*these sessions can be a combination of coaching and private Yoga
2) My Soultrition Guidebook that includes a 3-Day Meal Plan
3) Nutrition analysis, recommendations, and guidance
4) Fitness recommendations
5) Stress-management techniques
6) Client handouts based on your needs and goals (topics ranging from nutrition, fitness, stress-management techniques, common disease, etc)
7) Unlimited support via text/email in between sessions
*Sessions must be completed within 6 weeks (this ensures consistency, commitment, and momentum of change).
