Private Yoga 3-Session Package
Recovering from an injury or surgery? Have chronic pain or misalignment? Do you have trouble quieting your mind? New to yoga and want some guidance before jumping into a class?
Private yoga sessions are a great way to address your specific needs. Each session is designed for your body (physical, emotional, and mental) and your goals. After each session, you'll receive an email with important notes from our session and what I call 'homework' for you to do in between sessions. This can include asana, breathwork, or maybe a mantra for the week. What I know for sure is that clients that do their homework have dramatic results in a short amount of time. Our sessions are incredibly powerful and life-changing but it's the practice of doing your customized homework that creates true change.

*Session are 60 minutes and are in-person or via Zoom/Skype
*Pre-payment for virtual session required (once paid you will receive an email confirmation & welcome as well as a phone call to schedule your session)
*48 hour cancellation notice required
*All prepaid sessions must be used within 6 months
