Breathe is key to mental, emotional and physical health.
Learn breathing techniques to relieve stress and calm the mind and body during the hectic Holiday season. You’ll also learn breath work to increase your metabolism (=increased fat burning!) and how to link the breath with movement to cultivate awareness and healing. Plus, techniques to focus the monkey mind and put it in a time out!
