Nutrition & Health Coaching Single-Session
My single-session coaching option is for those who are pretty self-motivated, know their way around research, but want a little extra guidance. Although you doesn't include a lot of the benefits of the 3-session package, it's packed with nutrition and fitness recommendations as well as stress-management techniques. Plus, you'll still receive some amazing handouts that address your concerns and goals!
Once you sign up, you'll receive a detailed intake form to fill out. This will help me prepare ahead of time for our session.
