Yoga For Stress & Peace

Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety immediately through breath, scents, movement, and mindfulness. We'll then cap the evening off with a cup of herbal tea.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss exactly ‘how’ and ‘why’ Yoga helps to reduce stress. We’ll then feel this in our mind and bodies as we move through an intentional sequence finishing with Yoga Nidra. This workshop will undoubtedly take you from stressed out to blissed out!
You’ll then have these tools to call on anytime you need to during the most wonderful, and stressful, time of the year!
