Yoga For Stress & Peace
Chronic stress is linked to the six leading causes of death (including heart disease, cancer, respiratory issues). More than 75% of all doctor visits are stress-related complaints or ailments. And this doesn't even include the effects of chronic stress on the mind and mental health. But it doesn't have to be this way. Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety through Yoga (and those of you who know me, know Yoga is NOT just Asana!). We'll use breath, scents, movement, and mindfulness.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss exactly ‘how’ and ‘why’ Yoga helps to reduce stress. We’ll then feel this in our mind and bodies as we move through an intentional sequence finishing with a short Yoga Nidra practice. We'll then cap the workshop off with a cup of herbal tea.
This workshop will undoubtedly take you from stressed out to blissed out!
