The Movement (Soulfit creation)
This class is a fusion of functional movement, strength, cardio bursts, pranayama, and Yoga. Our bodies have forgotten how to move and be. We spend hours sitting, driving, slumped over our devices, and collapsing on a couch. We’ve forgotten how to breathe, move, and just be. Not only is movement vital for functional health but it’s critical for moving out of the body what we uncover emotionally. This class is about movement, pushing yourself past self-imposed limits, and community. We sweat together, cry together, and rise together.
