Surrender & Repose

This special class is designed to melt the stress of your week away as you slip into a state of pure relaxation and peace. We'll begin by calming the nervous system through slow intentional movement, followed by some powerful breathwork that will take you even deeper. We'll finish this class with a short (30 min) Yoga Nidra session designed to encourage sleep and restfulness.
