Why do we believe the lie that with aging comes loss of strength, balance, and coordination? It doesn’t have to be that way! YOU have control with how your body functions as it ages. During this 3-week series, we’ll learn how to connect with our body and keep the mind sharp and alert. We’ll do this through functional gentle movement, focus tasks, some Yoga utilizing the wall and chair, as well as end in guided meditation. Plus, the last day of the series, you’ll go home with a handout of exercises and tasks (photos and instructions included) so you can continue your routine and cultivating health on your own!
This class is designed for those 60yrs + (although any age will benefit!)
